Pricing and Payment

Website Development

One-time payment due in full before work begins, unless payment plan agreed in writing. Prices start from £400 and vary based on requirements.

Monthly Services

AI WhatsApp, SEO, and Digital Marketing are monthly services. Payment is due monthly in advance via direct debit or card payment.

Payment Terms

• Invoices are due within 14 days of issue
• Monthly services: Payment due on the same date each month
• Late payment may result in service suspension
• All prices include VAT where applicable

What We'll Do

• Deliver services as described in your quote or agreement
• Provide regular updates on progress
• Respond to support requests within 24-48 hours
• Maintain professional standards in all work
• Keep your information secure and confidential

What We Need From You

• Clear brief and requirements for your project
• Timely feedback on designs and drafts
• Payment according to agreed terms
• Access to necessary accounts (website, social media, etc.)
• Content, images, and information for your project
• Reasonable cooperation throughout the project

Ownership and Intellectual Property

Websites

Once paid for in full, you own your website including all content, images (that you provided), and the domain name. You can take it to any other provider at any time.

Our Work

We retain ownership of our code, frameworks, methodologies, and any reusable components. You can't sell or redistribute these separately from your website.

Third-Party Content

Stock images, fonts, and other third-party content may be subject to their own licensing terms. We'll advise you of any ongoing licence requirements.

Cancellation and Refunds

Website Development

• Full refund if we haven't started work
• Partial refund based on work completed if cancelled mid-project
• No refund once website is completed and approved

Monthly Services

• Cancel anytime with 30 days' notice
• No refunds for partial months
• Services continue until the end of your billing period

Guarantees and Limitations

What We Guarantee

• Websites will be technically functional and mobile-responsive
• Services will be delivered professionally and on time
• We'll fix any bugs or technical issues at no charge
• AI WhatsApp will respond to messages as trained

What We Can't Guarantee

• Specific search engine rankings or traffic levels
• Specific number of leads or sales
• Results from third-party platforms (Google, Facebook, etc.)
• AI WhatsApp will handle every possible customer enquiry perfectly

Limitation of Liability

Our liability to you is limited to the amount you've paid us for services in the 12 months before any claim. We're not liable for:

• Lost profits or business opportunities
• Indirect or consequential damages
• Issues caused by third-party services
• Results of changes you make to our work
• Downtime due to hosting or internet issues beyond our control

Suspension and Termination

We may suspend or terminate services if:

• You breach these terms
• Payments are overdue by more than 30 days
• You use services for illegal purposes
• You're abusive to our staff

Force Majeure

We're not liable for delays or failures due to circumstances beyond our reasonable control, including pandemics, natural disasters, government actions, or internet/hosting provider outages.

Privacy and Data Protection

How we handle your personal information is covered in our Privacy Policy. By using our services, you agree to our data processing practices.

Changes to Services and Terms

We may update our services and these terms from time to time. We'll notify you of significant changes by email or through our website. Continued use of our services after changes means you accept the new terms.

Governing Law
